Ammonium Nitrate
Is primarily used as a fertilizer, but also used as a Blasting agent when mixed with fuel oil (ANFO) AMMONIUM NITRATE is classified as an oxidizing agent Class 5.1. (UN no.1942 for explosive grade and UN no.2067 for Fertiliser grade). Being an oxidiser, Ammonium Nitrate will support the burning of organic matter.
